You reserve with a 30% deposit, pay 60% once your home is built, and 10% on delivery. Large balances are paid by secure bank transfer rather than card. You'll receive a clear invoice at each stage — you never pay the full amount at once.

Most sites need a level base and many require a local permit. We provide stamped engineering drawings to support your application, but confirming approval with your local authority is the owner's responsibility. Ask us about the trailer-chassis option, which some areas treat as movable.
