At Ennovanest LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our home decor and furniture products. You can initiate a return for eligible items within your country's return window from the date you receive your order. Personalized, used, or clearance items are not eligible. Please contact our Customer Support team right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items — Products customized with names, initials, or special designs.
  • Used or Opened Home Decor — Cushions, rugs, curtains removed from original packaging.
  • Sale or Clearance Items — All final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Damaged Packaging at Delivery — Products with opened or damaged packaging on arrival.
  • Perishable Goods — Scented candles, essential oils, and similar items.
  • Hygiene Products — Bath towels, mattresses, pillows, and similar items.
  • Bulky Furniture — Large dressers, heavy storage units, and oversized furniture.

Note: Defective items across all categories are eligible for return if reported within 10–15 business days from delivery.

To initiate a return with Ennovanest LLC:

  • Email us at support@ennovanest.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns missing original packaging or accessories.

To start your return online, email support@ennovanest.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is defective or damaged

Our support team will guide you through the next steps and issue any required shipping labels.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Accepted proofs include:

  • Order confirmation email from Ennovanest
  • Original order receipt
  • Order number from your account

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • A refund fee may apply for cancellations to cover administrative costs.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ennovanest.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
  • After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
  • A cancellation fee may apply even if cancelled before shipment.
  • Contact us immediately at support@ennovanest.com if you need to cancel.

International return policies vary by region:

  • United Kingdom — 90-day return window, no return cost.
  • Canada — 90-day return window, no return cost.
  • Australia — 90-day return window, return cost AUD $20.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please contact support@ennovanest.com before returning from outside the US.

Begin the return process by contacting our support team. We will review your request and provide a return authorization with further instructions. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States (includes US Territories) only, unless otherwise arranged.
