How do I check my rewards balance?

Sign in to your Ennovanest account and navigate to "My Rewards" to view your current balance, recent earnings, and available reward codes. You can also contact our support team at support@ennovanest.com.

How long does it take for rewards to appear in my account?

Rewards are typically credited to your account within 48 hours of purchase or shipment confirmation.

What happens if I return an item purchased with my rewards card?

If you return an eligible item, the rewards earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. Any reward codes redeemed on returned items will be voided.

1 New cardmembers earn 10% back in rewards for Net Eligible purchases made at Ennovanest during the first 30 days from account opening, 5% thereafter. Some approved customers will not be eligible to make same-day purchases if they do not timely complete any required authentication process and/or their applications present fraud concerns.

2 Promotional financing available on qualifying purchases of $750 or more, excluding shipping and tax. Your account must be open and current to be eligible. The purchase amount is divided into 12 equal monthly payments assessed zero interest effective for 12 months or until the purchase is paid in full. If you do not make the equal payments and the purchase is not paid in full after 12 months, the standard variable purchase APR will apply to your remaining balance.

3 Ennovanest Rewards Visa: No Annual Fee. Subject to credit approval; based on your creditworthiness, some options may not be available and other terms may apply.

4 Cardmembers earn 5% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made with their Ennovanest Rewards card at Ennovanest online and in-store.

5 Ennovanest Rewards Visa cardmembers earn 4% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made at grocery stores, food delivery services, and restaurants. Grocery purchases made at gas stations, convenience stores, and discount stores will earn 1% back in rewards.

6 Ennovanest Rewards Visa cardmembers earn 1% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made anywhere Visa is accepted. Merchants determine their merchant category code with their acquirer, which could impact the qualified rewards earned.

7 Free standard shipping on eligible items when you use your Ennovanest Rewards Visa as the primary payment method. Free shipping is not available if payment is made using digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or if payment is made through third-party payment solutions.

8 A $25 birthday rewards certificate will be issued during your birthday month. To be eligible, your account must have a valid email address on file, be open and current, and you must have made a purchase in the 12 months before your birthday month. Only one birthday certificate per 12-month period; must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.
