1. why are some ennovanest products priced higher?

At Ennovanest, we believe in offering only the best — no matter where it comes from. Some of our premium products are exported directly from our warehouses in China, Singapore, New Zealand, or Australia.

 

Because these items travel internationally, we pay additional tariffs, import duties, and logistics costs before they even arrive in the United States. Shipping to the U.S. is often expensive and complex, but our team works hard to make it as fast and affordable for you as possible.

 

Unlike many other sellers, we do not charge extra shipping fees for these premium imports. You only pay for the product — and Ennovanest handles everything else, from international shipping to customs clearance.

If the order has already moved to Shipped status, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you cancel within 24 hours, refund processing begins immediately and you will receive an email confirmation.
