We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all tags, manuals, and accessories that came with it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
Please note: Items returned without a prior return request approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
At Ennovanest, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

Any products that have been personalized or customized with initials, names, or any special designs are non-returnable. -
Used or Opened Home Decor Items
Home decor items, including cushions, rugs, and curtains, that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. -
Sale or Clearance Items
All items purchased during a sale or clearance event are final sale and cannot be returned. -
Items with Damaged Packaging
Products with opened or damaged packaging at the time of delivery are not eligible for returns. -
Perishable Goods
Items that have a short shelf life or can deteriorate quickly, such as scented candles, essential oils, and other perishable goods, are non-returnable. -
Hygiene-Related Products
For health and safety reasons, hygiene products, including but not limited to bath towels, mattresses, and pillows, are non-returnable. -
Bulky or Large Furniture Items
Bulky items such as dressers, large storage units, or heavy furniture are non-returnable due to their size and shipping logistics. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase before completing the order.
Note Defective items across all categories are eligible for return if reported within 10-15 Bussiness Days from delivery.
3. Initiating a Return

Important: Returns sent back to us without prior notification and approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns that do not meet our standard criteria (e.g., missing original packaging or accessories).
5. Damaged & Defective Items Eligible for Return

Wall Decor and Art
Mirrors, clocks, and wall art with scratches, broken glass, or manufacturing flaws. -
Kitchen and Utility Products
Products like trays, containers, or holders that arrive broken or with functional defects.

6. Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- If you paid any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes, these charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ennovanest.com
8. Cancellations & Refund Fee

- If you wish to request a refund or cancel your order, a refund fee may apply. This fee will be based on the value of your order and is charged to cover the administrative costs associated with processing your refund. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, this refund fee may still apply.
- The exact amount of the refund fee will be communicated to you at the time of your refund request, so you will be fully aware of the fee that will be deducted
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed and shipped.
