How Ordering Works

You never pay it all upfront.

Because each home is built to order, you pay in three stages -- each one only when your build reaches that step. Your money moves forward with your home, not before it.

30% P1 - RESERVE

When you place your order

A refundable deposit secures your build slot and starts production. Refundable up to 7 days -- before the factory order is placed.

60% P2 - BUILT

When your home is built

Once finished and quality-checked at the factory, the balance for build and shipping is due. Then it is loaded and shipped.

10% P3 - DELIVERED

When it arrives and expands

The final payment is due after your home is delivered to your site and expanded. Move-in ready -- order complete.

Your money is protected. You only ever pay for the next step, never the whole home at once. Large balances are paid by bank transfer -- not card -- with a clear schedule agreed in writing before you commit.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the entire contiguous United States (Lower 48 states), direct to your site.

Does the price include shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery to the Lower 48 is included in your home's price — there's no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay for standard delivery. Local sales tax may still apply where required by law.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every home comes with a 15-year warranty on the steel structure and 5 to 8 years on fittings — built to last, not just to ship.

Can I get my home built faster?

Yes. Your build time depends on your deposit: 30% gets your home built in 35–38 days, 40% in 25–28 days, and 50% in 15–18 days. A higher deposit simply moves your build slot up the queue — it's completely optional, and shipping time is separate.

Do I need to prepare my site before delivery?

Yes, your site should have a level, accessible area ready for the delivery truck and offload equipment. We'll share exact site requirements once your order is confirmed, so you're fully prepared before delivery day.
