Is my deposit safe? What if I change my mind?

Your deposit is fully refundable until we place the factory order (within 7 days of reserving). After that it's non-refundable, because production and materials have been committed. We always confirm this with you in writing first.

How do I actually pay?

You reserve with a 30% deposit, pay 60% once your home is built, and 10% on delivery. Large balances are paid by secure bank transfer rather than card. You receive a clear invoice at each stage — you never pay the full amount at once.

Do I need a permit or a foundation?

Most sites need a level base and many require a local permit. We provide stamped engineering drawings to support your application, but confirming approval with your local authority is the owner's responsibility. Ask us about the trailer-chassis option, which some areas treat as movable.

How long until it's delivered?

About 25–30 days to build, plus ocean transit and local delivery. We give you a realistic timeline for your exact address before you reserve.

Is it liveable year-round?

Yes — insulated walls and roof with double glazing hold temperature in hot and cold seasons, and insulation can be upgraded for harsher climates.

Can you deliver to my state?
