How Financing Works

We split the cost of your home into three payments so you're never paying the full amount up front. The first 30% is collected as a deposit when you place your order, and is fully refundable within 7 days — before your factory order is placed. The next 60% is due once your home is complete and quality-checked at the factory, before it's loaded and shipped. The final 10% is due only after your home arrives at your site and is fully expanded and move-in ready. Large balances are paid by bank transfer, not card, on a clear schedule agreed in writing before you commit — there's no interest, no financing fees, and no third-party lender involved.
