Is my deposit safe? What if I change my mind?

Your 30% deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of placing your order -- before the factory order is placed. After that window, production begins and the deposit secures your build slot.

How do I actually pay?

You pay in three stages: 30% to reserve, 60% when your home is built and ready to ship, and 10% on delivery. Large balances are collected by bank transfer -- never all at once.

Do I need a permit or a foundation?

Permit requirements vary by state and county. Most areas require a building permit for permanent placement. Our homes can sit on a concrete slab, piers, or a steel frame -- no full foundation needed in most cases.

How long until it is delivered?

Production takes 25-30 days. Sea freight from the factory to a US port takes 4-6 weeks. Final delivery to your site is arranged after customs clearance. Total timeline is typically 8-12 weeks from order.

Is it liveable year-round?

Yes. Our homes are insulated and built to handle a range of climates. The steel structure is rated for high wind and seismic loads, and the units come with windows, doors, and internal fittings ready for connection.
